Chris, We can't thank you enough for your work with Tugboat. We had tried so many other trainers and methods, and all of them were too overwhelming for our poor Tugger. He trusted you within minutes and is always open to working with you. Your "lesson plans" were great for us to follow and helped us keep on track. We think that very shortly his Separation Anxiety will be almost gone and he will be able to spend some time in his crate without us home. Hurray for not having to bring him everywhere with us.
