All training includes:

1. FREE phone/email support by Chris for the life of the dog so long as you own it.
2. A completion certificate from Mutts To Order at the end of the training package.
3. Eligibility to attend any of the following specialty training classes offered by Mutts To Order LLC upon completion of a training package:
             Out & About Socialization Class (for Basic & Basic PLUS clients)
             Puppy Playtime & Real World Socialization Class (for puppies 8-20 weeks)
4. Future observations for any new problem or relapse at a discounted rate.
5. Recommend a friend who signs up for training and receive a free bonus coaching session with Chris to work on any skill or trick you choose!

Policies

1. A behavior consultation is required before all training packages, except puppy packages.
2. Proof of vaccinations is required.
3. All packages to be paid for in full upon FIRST session.
4. Checks made payable to Christen Fisher
5. No refunds once a package has begun.
6. Multi-dog households are subject to $10 per session per dog surcharge if more than one dog is being trained simultaneously.
7. 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given, then the owner will be charged for the session.
8. Puppy Kindergarten must be completed within 8 weeks of the first session unless prior arrangements have been made with Chris.
9. Basic Training must be completed within 12 weeks of the first session prior arrangements have been made with Chris.
10. Basic Training PLUS problem-solving must be completed within 16 weeks of the first session prior arrangements have been made with Chris.

Dogs are unique and independent creatures with varying temperaments and experience. Mutts To Order LLC makes no guarantees of success or rates of success, but the old adage stands: you reap what you sow. The more consistent effort you put into training your dog, the more reliable the results will be!
